1. Try Resetting Your Password
The fastest way to unlock your account is to reset your password.
How to reset your password (from the login screen):

Go to the Dimers login screen (on web or in the app)

Select Forgot Password?

Enter the email associated with your Dimers account

Check your inbox for a password reset link

Follow the link to create a new password
Once reset, your account will automatically unlock.

That you’re checking the correct inbox tied to your Dimers account
Search your email for:
