I Can’t Verify My Email

If you’re having trouble verifying your email address, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix. The most common issues are a missing verification email, an incorrect email address, or a link that needs to be resent.

Follow the steps below.


1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes verification emails get filtered by your email provider.

Check:

  • Spam

  • Junk

  • Promotions (Gmail)

  • Other or Updates

Search your inbox for: “Dimers” or “Verify your email”


2. Make Sure You Entered the Correct Email Address

A small typo is the #1 cause of verification issues.

Double-check that:

  • Your email address is spelled correctly

  • You aren’t mixing up personal/work emails

  • You didn’t accidentally use a masked Apple or Google email

If something looks incorrect, update your email and resend the verification link.


3. Resend the Verification Email

If you still don’t see the email:

  1. Return to the Dimers verification screen

  2. Tap or click Resend verification email

  3. Wait a few minutes — sometimes email providers delay delivery briefly


4. Still Can’t Verify Your Email?

If none of the above works, we can help manually verify your account.

  • A screenshot of what you see (if possible)
