I Forgot My Password — How Do I Reset It?

If you can’t log in or you’ve simply forgotten your password, you can reset it anytime from either the website or the Dimers Pro app. Just follow the steps below based on where you’re trying to sign in.


Resetting Your Password on the Web

If you're using Dimers.com:

Steps to reset your password

  1. Go to My Dimers

  2. Select Details

  3. Go to Security

  4. Click Reset Password

  5. Check your email inbox for a secure password reset link

  6. Follow the link to create your new password

Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder

  • Search your inbox for “Dimers”

  • Make sure you’re checking the same email address associated with your Dimers account

Resetting Your Password in the App

If you're using the Dimers Pro mobile app:

Steps to reset your password

  1. Open the Dimers Pro app

  2. Go to My Dimers

  3. Tap My Account

  4. Select Change my password

  5. Follow the prompts to reset your password

This will send a password reset link to your account email.


Tips for Creating a Strong Password

  • Use at least 8 characters

  • Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols

  • Avoid using common passwords like "password123"

  • Don’t reuse passwords from other websites
