If you can’t log in or you’ve simply forgotten your password, you can reset it anytime from either the website or the Dimers Pro app. Just follow the steps below based on where you’re trying to sign in.
If you're using Dimers.com:
Go to My Dimers
Select Details
Go to Security
Click Reset Password
Check your email inbox for a secure password reset link
Follow the link to create your new password
Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder
Search your inbox for “Dimers”
Make sure you’re checking the same email address associated with your Dimers account
If you're using the Dimers Pro mobile app:
Open the Dimers Pro app
Go to My Dimers
Tap My Account
Select Change my password
Follow the prompts to reset your password
This will send a password reset link to your account email.
Use at least 8 characters
Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
Avoid using common passwords like "password123"
Don’t reuse passwords from other websites
