If the Dimers Pro app is signing you out unexpectedly or more often than it should, this isn’t normal behavior. In most cases, this may be caused by a temporary bug, a session error, or something unusual happening on your device.
We want to fix it — here's what to do.
While unusual, the app may log you out due to:
A temporary auth/session bug
A cached login error on your device
Switching between multiple Dimers accounts
A recent update that affected your stored login session
None of these should interrupt your experience, so we want to know when it happens.
This can help clear a broken session:
Log back into the app
Fully close and reopen it
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app (update if available)
If the problem continues even after doing this…
Because this shouldn’t happen, we need to investigate it as a potential bug.
