If you need some time away from Dimers or want your account removed completely, we've made the process simple. You can request account deletion directly from the app, or contact our support team if you’re using the web.
If you have the Dimers Pro app installed, you can request account deletion in just a few taps.
Open the Dimers Pro app
Go to Settings
Select My Account
Select Delete Account
Confirm your request
Our team will process your deletion and notify you once it's complete.
If you’re using Dimers only on the web, or no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion.
Include:
The email address associated with your Dimers account
A brief note requesting account deletion
Our support team will handle the rest.
Your Dimers account will be permanently removed
Your subscription (if active) will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle
Your personal data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with our data policies
If you're just looking to take a short break, you don’t need to delete your account — simply cancel or pause your subscription and return anytime.
