How Do I Delete My Account?

If you need some time away from Dimers or want your account removed completely, we've made the process simple. You can request account deletion directly from the app, or contact our support team if you’re using the web.


Delete Your Account Through the App

If you have the Dimers Pro app installed, you can request account deletion in just a few taps.

Steps:

  1. Open the Dimers Pro app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select My Account

  4. Select Delete Account

  5. Confirm your request

Our team will process your deletion and notify you once it's complete.


If You Don’t Have the App

If you’re using Dimers only on the web, or no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion.

Email us directly at support@dimers.com 

Include:

  • The email address associated with your Dimers account

  • A brief note requesting account deletion

Our support team will handle the rest.


What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

  • Your Dimers account will be permanently removed

  • Your subscription (if active) will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle

  • Your personal data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with our data policies

If you're just looking to take a short break, you don’t need to delete your account — simply cancel or pause your subscription and return anytime.
