How do I cancel my Dimers Pro Subscription?

Because a Dimers Pro subscription can be purchased on the web (via www.dimers.com), or on the Dimers app via the Apple App or Google Play Stores, your cancellation method depends on where you originally subscribed.

This is important:
You must cancel your subscription through the same platform where you purchased it.

If You Subscribed on the Web (Dimers.com)

Cancel from the Web

  1. Visit www.dimers.com/my-account

  2. Go to Subscription

  3. Select Manage

  4. Click Cancel subscription

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.


If You Subscribed Through the App (Google Play/Android)

Google Play manages your billing, so cancellation must happen through Google Play — not the Dimers website.

Cancel via Google Play

You can reach this two ways:

Option A — From the Dimers Pro App

  1. Open the app

  2. Go to My Dimers

  3. Tap Manage Subscription

  4. This will redirect you to your Google Play subscription page

  5. Choose Cancel subscription

Option B — Through Google Play directly

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

  4. Select Dimers Pro

  5. Tap Cancel subscription


If You Subscribed Through the App (Apple App Store)

Apple controls billing for all App Store purchases. You must cancel through your Apple ID — Dimers cannot cancel this for you.

Cancel via Apple (Required)

Option A — From the Dimers Pro App

  1. Open the app

  2. Go to My Dimers

  3. Tap Manage Subscription

  4. This will open your Apple subscription settings

  5. Select Cancel subscription

Option B — Through Apple Settings

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone

  2. Tap your name

  3. Go to Subscriptions

  4. Select Dimers Pro

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
